How fast can you start?+
Triage usually happens within a day. If your site is down or actively compromised, say so when you book — emergency turnaround is available.
What does it cost?+
The triage call is free. After I've seen the actual problem you get one fixed price for the fix — no hourly meter, no surprise invoice. Small recoveries are often a few hundred dollars; larger rebuilds are quoted up front.
My site was hacked — can you guarantee it's clean?+
The work includes malware cleanup, investigating the entry point, and hardening the site. No site can be guaranteed secure forever. You’ll receive a record of the changes and any remaining risks.
What if the site can't be saved?+
Sometimes the fastest path is a clean rebuild from your content plus a known-good backup. If that's the case I'll tell you on the triage call, before you've spent anything.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?+
Yes — once you're stable, I offer a monthly retainer for updates, monitoring, and backups to help keep the site maintained. This is optional.
