Is the daily challenge healthy?

The biggest take away here is my time is limited. I wasn’t being creative, I was working, all the time. This comes at a price.

If I were being honest with myself I’d have to say no, it’s not.

The most costly was the lack of time it left for my family. No Lego with my boys, less time with my partner, and more eye fatigue.

This was a quick but fulfilling lesson for me. It’s nice to know I can still burn the mid-night oil like the old days. However equally as valuable is the ability to recognize unhealthy work habits early and save myself some unnecessary burn out.
